Our Virtual Reality Solutions
Before developing HAIO, we interviewed medical students, nursing students, and their professors. I asked them what they needed to do with virtual reality medical education.
Professors at the College of Medicine and Nursing emphasized learning the exact protocol of technology. However, the students said they needed practice that could be applied in clinical practice. So we focused on the hand-tracking method without using an HMD controller. It also added voice control for situations such as real-life situations to facilitate smooth communication with patients and fellow medical personnel.
