개인정보 처리 방침

1. 시온네트웍은 ER School 이용자의 개인정보를 매우 중요하게 생각하며 각별히 주의를 기울여 처리하고 있습니다. 
   다음과 같은 목적외에는 사용하지 않습니다.
   - 마이크 권한 : 사용자가 말하는 내용을 텍스트화 시키고 정확도에 따라 점수를 부여합니다.
    

2. 정보 주체의 권리, 의무 및 그 행사방법 이용자는 개인정보 주체로서 다음과 같은 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다
   ① 정보주체는 시온네트웍에 대해 언제든지 다음 각 호의 개인정보 보호 관련 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.
        1) 개인정보 열람요구.
        2) 오류 등이 있을 경우 정정 요구.
        3) 삭제요구.
        4) 처리정지 요구 시온네트웍은 정보를 전혀 수집 하지 않으므로, 모두 사용자가 직접 앱을 삭제 하여 처리 할 수 있습니다.
    

3. 처리하는 개인정보의 항목 작성
   ① 시온네트웍은 다음의 개인정보 항목을 처리하고 있습니다.
        1)  < 마이크를 사용해 사용자의 목소리를 체크하여 점수 반영 > 
            마이크 - 사용자가 말하는 내용을 텍스트화 시키고 점수를 부여합니다.
            그 외의 어떠한 자료도 수집 및 처리하지 않습니다.
    

4. 개인정보의 파기
   시온네트웍은 원칙적으로 개인정보 처리목적이 달성된 경우에는 지체없이 해당 개인정보를 파기합니다. 파기의 절차, 기한 및 방법은 다음과 같습니다.
   - 마이크 기능을 사용하기 위한 필수 권한만을 요구합니다.
   - 앱 삭제시 더 이상 위 권한을 사용하지 않습니다.
   - 위 권한을 사용하여 어떠한 정보도 수집하지 않고, 처리 하지 않습니다.
    

5. 개인정보의 안정성 확보 조치
   시온네트웍은 개인정보보호법 제29에 따라 다음과 같이 안정성 확보에 필요한 기술적/관리적 및 물리적 조치를 하고 있습니다.
   ① 내부관리계획의 수립 및 시행 – 개인정보의 안전한 처리를 위하여 내부관리계획을 수립하고 시행하고 있습니다.
   ② 개인정보에 대한 접근 제한 – 개인정보를 처리하는 데이터베이스시스템에 대한 접근권한의 부여,변경,말소를 통하여 개인정보에 대한 접근 통제를 위하여 필요한 조치를 하고 있으며 침입차단시스템을 이용하여 외부로부터의 무단 접근을 통제하고 있습니다.
   ③ 비인가자에 대한 출입 통제 – 출입통제 절차를 수립 및 운영하고 있습니다.
    

6.  개인정보 보호책임자 작성 
   시온네트웍은 개인정보 처리에 관한 업무를 총괄해서 책임지고, 개인정보 처리와 관련한 정보주체의 불만처리 및 피해구제 등을 위하여 아래와 같이 개인정보 보호책임자를 지정하고 있습니다.

   ② 정보주체께서는 시온네트웍의 서비스을 이용하시면서 발생한 모든 개인정보 보호 관련 문의, 불만처리, 피해구제 등에 관한 사항을 개인정보 보호책임자 및 담당부서로 문의하실 수 있습니다.시온네트웍은 정보주체의 문의에 대해 지체없이 답변 및 처리해드릴 것입니다.
    

8. 개인정보 처리방침 변경
   ① 이 개인정보 처리 방침은 시행일로부터 적용되며, 법령 및 방침에 따른 변경내용의 추가, 삭제 및 정정이 있는 경우에는 변경사항의 시행 7일 전부터 공지사항을 통하여 고지할 것입니다.
    

9. 이 개인정보 처리방침은 2021년 11월 18일 부터 적용됩니다.

Personal information processing policy

1. Zion Network considers ER School users' personal information very important and handles it with special attention. It is not used for any purpose other than the following.
   - Mic Authority: Text the content of the user's words and give them a score according to accuracy.
    

2. Users of the data subject's rights, obligations, and methods of exercise may exercise the following rights as the personal information subject. The data subject may exercise the following privacy rights against Zion Network at any time.
   1) Request for access to personal information.
   2) Request correction in case of an error, etc.
   3) Request deletion.
   4) The Zion network does not collect any information, so all of them can be processed by deleting the app itself.
    

3. Create items for personal information processed Zion Network processes the following personal information items.
   1) <Check the user's voice using the microphone to reflect the score> 
       Microphone - Texts and scores what the user says.
       We do not collect and process any other data.
    

4. Destruction of personal information. In principle, Zion Network destroys personal information without delay when the purpose of processing personal information is achieved. The procedure, deadline, and method of destruction are as follows.
   - We only require the essential authority to use the microphone function.
   - We no longer use the above authority when deleting the app.
   - We do not collect and process any information using the above authority.
    

5. Measures to secure the stability of personal information. In accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act, Zion Network is taking technical/management and physical measures necessary to secure stability as follows. Establishment and implementation of an internal management plan - We have established and implemented an internal management plan for the safe processing of personal information. Restrictions on access to personal information – We take necessary measures to control access to personal information through granting, changing, and canceling access to database systems that process personal information, and controlling unauthorized access from outside.
   Access control for unauthorized people - Access control procedures are established and operated.
    

6. Preparation of the person in charge of personal information protection. Zion Network is in charge of personal information processing and designates a person in charge of personal information protection as follows to handle complaints and remedy damages of information subjects related to personal information processing. The person in charge of personal information protection and the department in charge.

   The data subject may contact the personal information protection manager and the department in charge for all personal information protection inquiries, complaints, and damage relief incurred while using Zion Network's service. Zion Network will respond to and process inquiries from the data subject without delay.
    

7. Changing the personal information processing policy. This personal information processing policy will take effect from the date of enforcement, and if there is any addition, deletion, or correction of changes in accordance with laws and policies, it will be notified seven days before the enforcement of the changes. This personal information processing policy will take effect on November 18, 2021.
